For more than two decades, Chanel Nakea Burns, B.S., M.A., MHP, RCI has served varies counties and communities within her tenureship with South Carolina and North Carolina state governments. With unwavering dedication to mental health, rehabilitation counseling, clinical competency training, and evidence‑based therapeutic support. Her professional tenure spans from outpatient, psychiatric hospitals, school‑based clinical programs, community mental health agencies, forensic services, vocational rehabilitation, and private practice settings—each chapter strengthening her commitment to advocacy, empowerment, and accessible care.
Across both states, Chanel has built a reputation for clinical excellence, integrity, and compassionate leadership, providing services to children, adolescents, adults, and individuals with developmental disabilities. Her work includes trauma‑focused interventions, crisis management, rehabilitation planning, vocational guidance, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
CCQ‑Consults, LLC was founded as the natural extension of Chanel’s lifelong work.
